Meet the Director
Crystal Desourdis has been the Director of Pathways Early Learning Centre for the past three years and has been a valued member of the Pathways team since 2008. With over a decade of experience at the centre, she is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children, families, and staff feel supported and welcomed. Crystal loves spending time with her family and cherishes the opportunity to be part of each child's unique journey as they learn, grow, and reach new milestones at Pathways!
OUR TEAM
Our team is made up of caring, dedicated professionals who are passionate about supporting each child's growth, learning, and development. Our staff includes certified Early Childhood Educators (ECE) with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 certifications, as well as team members who are actively working toward their ECE qualifications. Together, we are committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment where every child can thrive.
